Compared to steel frame tent: Wind load: 50-100% increased  Snow load: 100-150% incresed,  Weight: 40-60% reduced Carbon fiber material merits extreme strength, excellent modulus, low density, high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, friction resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, low coefficient of expansion, shock absorption and other excellent properties, being indispensable material of national defense and military. The pipe made by such fiber, is a kind of excellent mechanical properties as structural materials, less than 1/4 in weight of steel, but 7-9 times in tensile strength of steel, the tensile elastic modulus is also higher than steel. Using this material, we manufacture lightweight high strength tent frame with new connection structure. The tent frame all adopt carbon fiber pipe, and the new structure of the integral forming can ensure the strong connection when fastening. Compared with the traditional material, this composite structure is a combination with strength of steel and toughness of plastic. Compared to the traditional steel frame, the wind load increased by 50-100%, the snow load can be increased by the rate of 100-150%, the weight can be 40-60% reduced.
